Formulated for deep penetration, this 1‑gallon concentrate mixes with water to yield up to 5 gallons of ready‑to‑use sealer. Ideal for driveways, patios, garages, and walkways, it forms an invisible layer that maintains the natural finish of the substrate. Tested to meet ASTM and DOT standards, it reduces moisture intrusion, chloride ion penetration, and freeze-thaw damage—helping preserve structural integrity and surface appearance.
